Associate Director – Planning

This integrated media agency are undoubtedly the most talked about and respected in the current time. They have grown phenomenally over the past two years and they continue to win exciting new accounts. They are part of a much wider group however they still have the feeling of being a startup with the buzz and energy associated with a business
“on the up”.

We are searching for three different roles. Each of the Associate Director positions has a strong bias towards strategic planning as opposed to implementation. All three roles involve team management and they are lead positions on significant accounts ranging from Financial Services to Telco to Automotive.

It is likely that the Associate Director will have experience of media planning across several channels (both
online and offline) and that you will have worked closely cross agency with creatives and buyers. One of the roles would suit someone who has been instrumental in building a media plan from the bottom up with a startup client whereas the other roles are more akin to those who have run and influenced accounts of £10million plus media spend.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate intellectual agility as well possess high commercial acumen. They will be proven team leaders and excellent client handlers. They will have high potential and be ambitious to move through the agency as it grows at pace.

Media Planner/Buyer

As a Planner/Buyer you will be a part of the team working on their flagship account. You will gain exposure to all channels of media from DRTV to press to online. You will be given management responsibility in a defined time period and accelerated through the agency to Account Director level within 3-5 years. The systems you will learn will be second to none and the training you will receive will mean that you will be at the top of your game for many years to come.

It is likely that you will have around two years experience however you may have slightly more or less. You will certainly be ready for your next challenge and be thinking about joining a larger agency environment. You may be working as a Planner/Buyer at the moment or even a Senior Planner/Buyer at a smaller agency – whatever your current situation you’ll be ready take a step up into a role that will be both demanding but also a lot of fun.

This agency like to work and play very hard and the rewards are there for all to see – roles here are not for the faint hearted!

It’s likely you will already be a Media Manager however you may aspire to be a Media Manager at your current agency and are ready for the next move up.
