As Campaign Planning Manager you will take total responsibility for customer communications within the first 90 days of the customer life-cycle. You will work with the Customer Development Manager to influence and lead strategic direction for customer communication strategy. You will develop communications for customers and ensure their effectiveness by making use of data analytics and the customer insights available to you. By ensuring customer messages are integrated across customer touch points and are on brand you will be ensuring that those customers are fully engaged. More
