Once in a while, we get to work on truly unique opportunities that really spark our interest. With the backing of a well-established global media group, this start-up London based agency has been formed to disrupt the traditional media agency model.

They are a strategically-led marketing communications agency that work with both new and established businesses, with the sole purpose of provoking growth. They are truly media agnostic and begin every client relationship without a set agenda. They offer genuine strategy, be that taking new products to market, finding new audiences and/or building stronger brands.

After a phenomenal year of growth they believe the next vital appointment onto their senior leadership team is a Head of AV.  As well as setting up a brand new department, this leader will be the face of the agency for new and existing clients looking to invest their media spend in AV.  There are lots of challenges ahead including building a team, purchasing and implementing new systems and driving awareness of the AV capability of the agency.

This is a role for someone with a blend of commercial TV buying and planning as well as other AV channels inclusive of online video.  You will be able to demonstrate strong relationships with AV media owners and also bring the experience required to be the expert in all things AV. 

You will either be a Head of Department currently or more likely a commercially minded and driven high-potential Business Director.  You could also be a frustrated network AV professional or someone who has forged a career in the independent media space and is looking for their first ‘Head Of’ role.  Either way, this represents a huge opportunity for someone to influence the direction of one of London’s newest and fastest-growing strategic comms agencies.
