Based at the HQ, the Head of Direct Marketing will be responsible for implementing and owning all customer marketing campaigns as well as mentoring a talented marketing team to generate leads and promote the brand.  Whilst they embrace a test and learn philosophy to marketing, their most successful channels to date have been with direct mail and email. As the leader of the direct marketing department, you will be expected to lead all short term and long term strategy as well as managing a budget of around £3million.  Your team will handle all the direct marketing campaign activity as well as planning and delivering all event marketing.

This role would suit someone with commercial experience in campaign management within a direct marketing environment.  It’s highly likely you will have worked extensively within direct mail and email channels and understand that ROI is key to the success of all marketing campaigns.

As a leader, you’ll enjoy coaching and developing more junior members of the team and have the aptitude to support the business at a senior level. 

This could be a 6-month contract to permanent opportunity however our client is open to all possibilities including flexible working. 

Based Baker Street, London.  Salary around £80,000 + benefits.
