This is the chance to lead and build a team of talented planners and account managers to be the best they can be. The nature of a start-up means that you’ll have to enjoy getting your hands dirty but you’ll also get plenty of exposure to the board and senior clients.
You’ll definitely come from a performance media planning background and you’ll have plenty of team leadership experience. You’ll need to be genuinely driven and ambitious and ready for a thrilling ride.
This role would suit two levels of person – someone who has already been there and done it and wants to do it again, only this time with autonomy and authority. Or it would work for a frustrated Business Director looking for a move into a number one role.
