As Marketing Manager working within the wealth management sector, your role will be to target specific high-net-worth individuals across a variety of online and offline marketing channels.
Operating within a flat structure, the opportunity to progress will be high. The right person can expect to be fast-tracked into a leadership role within a defined timescale.
It’s likely you’ll already be a Marketing Manager within a regulated environment, or you could be a frustrated senior Marketing Executive looking for your next step up. You’ll have a demonstrable track record of success with a Direct Marketing focus. The emphasis here will be on DM, eDM and other marketing channels that focus on ROI.
Whilst there are no initial direct reports, you will be expected to step into the shoes of the Vice President for Marketing in their absence to lead a significant team.
This role would suit someone with a high level of ambition and drive. Someone who can confidently deal with senior stakeholders and understand the nuances of working with HNW clients.
