We’ve been lucky enough to work with some really high growth agencies in the past few years and this client is no exception. Still at the early stages of their development, they are already making a big noise in digital media. Their client base is typically challenger brands and innovators in their relevant space which is anything from health and wellbeing, beauty, media, charity and events sharing one common theme – an ambition to grow through smart digital marketing.
Currently a small team that work with a number of associates, they are now looking to bring that expertise in house. A crucial and immediate hire is a Paid Engagement Manager, required to lead, manage and grow a collection of innovative and forward-thinking paid media accounts. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, building and running campaigns for over half a million pounds worth of paid media spend across channels including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
It’s likely that you’ll have at least 4-years experience, although not necessarily if you can demonstrate significant success in your previous role. One thing you will be is passionate about the paid media landscape and have proven experience in strategising and managing paid media clients. It goes without saying you’ll be Google Adwords certified and ideally have experience of Facebook Blueprint, Google Tag Manager and implementation of social tagging across websites. Whilst this role already has a direct report, the absolute intention is to grow and build a team around you.
You will be working directly alongside the two founders, who both have a heritage of working for a large network agency. This role would suit someone who wants to shake off the corporate shackles and be a part of something that they can really believe in and help to grow. There will be times when life will get quite hectic, however ultimately rewarding in every sense of the word.
Salary to £40,000 with very cool offices based in Southbank.
